1. Who we are

This store is operated by ReputationGuard Ltd, a company registered in Israel (company no. 517062600), an independent PR and content agency. We arrange the writing and placement of articles about your business on third-party news and business websites, and we build and host websites and landing pages.

2. What you are buying (press placements)

Sections 2 through 6 apply to our Press Placement packages. Each package includes the professional writing of an article from your brief, your review and approval of that article, its placement on the website named in your package, and delivery of the live URL, a screenshot, and a badge pack. Placement types (for example editorial section, syndication network, or contributor content) are described on the sales page for each site, and we describe them accurately.

3. Turnaround times

Turnaround times shown on this site are estimates based on typical publication schedules. They are not guarantees of a specific date.

4. Refund policy

If your article is not published within 30 days of your final approval, you are entitled to a full refund. Refunds are not available after an article has been published, or where publication is delayed because we are waiting for your brief, your approval, or corrections to inaccurate information you provided.

5. Content guidelines

We cannot place content that promotes gambling, adult services, or cryptocurrency on sites that do not accept those topics; restrictions per site are shown in the site table. We do not accept content that is unlawful, defamatory, or misleading. If your brief cannot be placed on the site you purchased, we will offer an alternative placement or a full refund.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the factual accuracy of all information provided in your brief, including names, titles, claims, and quotes. By approving your article you confirm its contents are accurate. We write only from what you give us and do not independently verify your claims.

7. Website and landing page products

This section applies to our Landing Page and Business Website products.

What is included. We design, write, and build your landing page or website from the brief you submit, host it, connect it to your domain, and keep it secure and online. You review a full preview and approve it before anything goes live. Reasonable content edits after launch are included in your monthly plan; a redesign or additional pages beyond your package is quoted separately.

Pricing. Each product has a one-time setup fee, charged at purchase, and a monthly hosting and maintenance fee. Both amounts are shown on the sales page before checkout.

Timelines. "Live within days" describes our typical delivery once your brief is complete. It is an estimate, not a guarantee of a specific date, and depends on how quickly you provide your brief, materials, and approvals.

Refunds on setup. If we do not deliver a preview of your site within 30 days of receiving your completed brief, you are entitled to a full refund of the setup fee. The setup fee is not refundable after you approve your preview and the site goes live.

Cancellation. You can cancel the monthly plan at any time; no reasons and no penalties. Your site stays online until the end of the billing period you have paid for, after which we take it offline.

Your ownership and content export. Your domain is yours: it is registered in your name or transferred to your control, and we never hold it against you. The content of your site (text, images you supplied, and your branding) is yours. If you cancel, we will provide an export of your site content on request, free of charge, within 14 days of your request.

Acceptable use. We do not build or host sites that are unlawful, deceptive, or that promote content we cannot lawfully support. If we cannot build your site for this reason, we will refund your setup fee in full.

8. Independence from publications

ReputationGuard is an independent PR and content agency. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the publications mentioned on this site. Publication names are used to accurately describe where content placements occur. Publications retain final editorial discretion over content they publish.

9. Payments

Payments are processed by our merchant of record, which handles applicable taxes. Prices are in US dollars.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and any dispute arising from them will be brought exclusively before the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel. If you are a consumer, this does not remove any protection granted to you by mandatory consumer law in your country of residence. Before starting any formal proceeding, please contact us; most issues are resolved within days.

Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, and the information you provide in your article brief. Payment details are handled entirely by our merchant of record; we never see or store your card details.

How we use it

We use your information to write and place your article (or to build your website), to communicate with you about your order, and to deliver your completed order. Article drafts are prepared with the help of AI writing tools working from your brief; you review and approve every word before publication. The contents of your brief are shared with the publication only as part of your article.

Analytics

We may use privacy-respecting analytics and advertising pixels to measure how visitors use this site and to show relevant advertising. You can block these with standard browser tools without affecting your order.

Retention and access

Order records are retained for accounting and support purposes. You can request a copy of your data, or its deletion (where not required for accounting), by emailing support@reputation-guard.io.
